NGUYEN, A/K/A TRANG NGUYEN N/K/A JIM NGUYEN; BANK OF AMERICA; ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on June 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
