NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 11th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-013948 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Melita Zaimovic, Srebrenko Zaimovic, Colonial Bank f/k/a Colonial Bank, National Association, Homeowners Association of Windward Pointe Condominium, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 150, BUILDING 21, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5206, PAGES 1985 THROUGH 2108, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAY BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
