NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 11 May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-063211 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BRAVO MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2006-1, BRAVO MORTGAGE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and KRISTY IANNELLI, A SINGLE WOMAN AND MICHAEL MAHONEY, AN UNMARRIED MAN; CAPE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, INC; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 3662 PAPAYA STREET, SAINT JAMES CITY, FL 33956; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 3662 PAPAYA STREET, SAINT JAMES CITY, FL 33956 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
