Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment on Foreclosure entered on April 12, 2011 in Case No. 09-009471-CI-008 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which IBERIABANK, substituted as Plaintiff in place of Century Bank, FSB and Keith Grindley, Bernadette Grindley, and Wachovia Bank, N.A. are Defendants, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
All of Lot 49 and Lot 50, less the Southwesterly 8 feet of Lot 50, Block A, BOCA CIEGA ISLE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 31 and 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Property Address: 1110 Boca Ceiga Isle Drive, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33706.
The sale will be held on July 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
