NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-065354 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CLARK TAYLOR; CHARLOTTE TAYLOR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
