NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 13, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-059783 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and JAMES CANNER; MELISSA CANNER; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 15 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 39 AND 40 BLOCK 4039, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 56, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 107 TO 116, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
