NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 4, 2011, entered in Case No. 10-855-CI-20, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ROBERT D. VASATURO, JR.; MELISSA J. VASATURO; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on June 20, 2011 at 10:00 a..m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:

Lot 11, together with a portion of Lot 12, all being in Block 18, Sunset Hills, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 38, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of said Lot 11, said Southwest corner also being the Point of Beginning, thence run North 25 degrees 54' 00” West (R) North 25 degrees 57'35” West (F) along the Southwesterly boundary of said Lots 11 and 12, 85.31 feet (R) 85.41 feet (F); thence North 68 degrees 29'57” East (R) North 68 degrees 36'57” West (F) 83.36 feet (R) 83.39 feet (F); thence North 48 degrees 15'47” East (R) North 48 degrees 14'34” West (F) 54.88 feet (R) and (F) to a point on the Westerly right of way of Eunice Drive; thence along said Westerly right of way, 73.14 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the left having a radius of 1,590.00 feet, a chord of 73.13 feet (R) and (F) which bears South 19 degrees 14'30” East, (R) South 19 degrees 15'16” West (F); thence 29.64 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the right having a radius of 20.00 feet, a chord of 27.00 feet (R) 26.91 feet (F) which bears South 21 degrees 54'46” West (R) South 21 degrees 53'51” West (F) to a point on the Northerly right of way of Marguerita Terrace; thence along said Northerly right of way 107.51 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the left having a radius of 1,590.00 feet, a chord of 107.49 feet (R) and (F) which bears South 62 degrees 26'00” West (R) and (F) to the Point of Beginning.
