Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered on April 13, 2011, in this case, in Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burk the Clerk of the Courts of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida will sell at public sale the following described property:
Lot 5, Block B, Avondale, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 40, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, with the physical address of 1747 Fulton Ave, Clearwater, FL 33755.
