NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09 014876 CI 20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COMMODORE BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., etc., is the Plaintiff, and BRENT C. KUHN, et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on July 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
A fee interest in real property situated and located in Pinellas County, Florida and legally described as:
Assigned Unit Week No 35, in Assigned Unit No. 514
COMMODORE BEACH CLUB, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 5171, at Page 687-753, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendment(s) thereto, if any (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
