NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-061271 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Domenic Abate, Thomas Finley, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Meadows of Estero Condominium, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Thomas Finley n/k/a Trisha Finley, Unknown Spouse of Domenic Abate n/k/a Lisa Abate, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 4 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
