LOTS 45 AND 46, BLOCK 1322, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 212 SE 16TH PLACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33990; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on June 15, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
