NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed May 12, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-065189, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P.is Plaintiff, and ANDRES DIAZ, ET AL, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on June 13, 2011, located at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 203, BUILDING D, OF PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4211, PAGE 4284 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
