NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed May 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2010-CA-058785, DIVISION: I, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ABFC 2007-WMC1 TRUST ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1 is Plaintiff, and ST.EUCHERIUS DUNCAN and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GE MONEY BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 15 day of June, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
