POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2004. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WWF1 (Plaintiff name changed pursuant to order previously entered) is the Plaintiff and JEANNETTE GUGEL; WILLIAM GUGEL; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
