NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 10 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-053169, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ISMELY EVORA REYES A/K/A ISMELY E. RYEES A/K/A ISMELY REYES, RENE SUAREZ and UNKONWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 82, UNIT NO.9, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
