NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 12 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-052052, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THERESA C. SCHULIST, WILLOW BROOK AT PARKER LAKES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THERESA C. SCHULIST and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
