Notice is given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No.: 10-831-CO-40, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is SYCAMORE ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants are: PAMELA DE LA CRUZ and OSWALD DE LA CRUZ, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 22, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 5511, Sycamore Street North, Building 3 as shown on Condominium Plat of Sycamore Estates Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 44, pages 86 and 87, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed September 16, 1980 in O.R. Book 5076, Pages 734 through 788, as amended in O.R. Book 6054, Page 427, and in O.R. Book 7184, Page 292, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
