NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed May 12, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-000884 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where coronado condominium owners association inc. is the Plaintiff and people's choice home loan, inc. is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Condominium Parcel Unit 7-A, CORONADO CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 30, Pages 44 to 59, inclusive; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3499, Page 3188, and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
