NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 12, 2011, and entered in 2010-CA-053913 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p., is the Plaintiff and reinerio hernandez, sandra hernandez a/k/a s. hernandez, green tee village condominium association, inc., mortgage electronic registration systems, inc. as nominee for countrywide bank, n.a., john doe n/k/a abraham pires, jane doe n/k/a mirvane pires are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on June 13 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 715, green tee village, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded under instrument number 2007000011614, of the public records of lee county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
