YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose the mortgage on the following real property, and the personal property, intangibles and other collateral affixed to, associated with, or relating thereto, located in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 14, Block “D”, BOCA CIEGA PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 24, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with all improvements erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances and fixtures thereon, including replacements and additions made a part of the property (hereinafter the “Property”) as more particularly described in that certain Mortgage, as supplemented and modified by an Adjustable Rate Rider AND Second Home Rider, all dated August 17, 2005, which were executed and delivered by Allen S. Bennett to SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. (“Plaintiff”), the Mortgage being recorded on August 24, 2005, in Official Records Book 14553, Page 1563, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and for other relief, has been filed against the above-named Defendants and any and all individuals and/or entities whose names and true identities are currently unknown to Plaintiff and who may claim some right, title and interest in and to the above-referenced real property. Any individuals or entities that may claim some right, title, interest, shared equitable interest or otherwise, in and to said real Property by virtue of a potential joint venture agreement or other contract or agreement are required to serve a copy of their written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is ALICE R. HUNEYCUTT, ESQUIRE, Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A., SunTrust Financial Centre - Suite 2200, Post Office Box 3299, Tampa, Florida 33601. Telephone: (813) 223-4800, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action - Property, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
