Condominium Unit E-1, Building No. 108 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-#2, a Condominium, PHASE XII, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5802, Page 1894, and as amended by Amendment No. 4, recorded in Official Records Book 5831, Page 467, and according to Condominium Plat book 78, Pages 29 through 116 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto. the street address of which is: 1179 W. Pineridge Circle W #E1 Tarpon Springs, FL, 34688.
