NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed May 13, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-056299 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JOSE GIOVANNI BAQUERIZO; JENNIFER BAQUERIZO; TENANT #1 N/K/A WAYNE LAJOIE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ASHLEY OLOVERA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 15 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
