NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 12 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-070960, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, whereinWELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHERRI TERRY A/K/A CHERRI DEE TERRY, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERRI TERRY A/K/A CHERRI DEE TERRY N/K/A CHERRI DEE TERRY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
