YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinelas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 402-B, OF ISLAND TOWERS UNIT II, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4174, PAGES 1037 THROUGH 1086, AS AMENDED IN O.R. 4974, PAGE 510 AND O.R. 5030, PAGE 1123, AND ANY AMENDEMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 20 THROUGH 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are requird to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 US Hwy 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater FL 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Gulf Coast Business Review.
