Unit No. 64, of St. Tropez Condominium IV, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 48 thru 50, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5809, at Pages 935 thru 1022, and the amendment there to recorded in Official Records Book 6985, Page 1436 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida., together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alexandra White, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 146 2nd St. N., Suite 208, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 on or before June 20, 2011 (no later than 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice of action), and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before serve or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice. Publishing is to take place in the Gulf Coast Business Review for two (2) consecutive weeks.
