Unit 1603C, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest in the land common elements and common expenses appurtenant in said unit all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of Woodside Village, A Condominium as recorded in O.R. book 4861, Pages 1517 through 1586 inclusive and as amended in O.R. Book 4930, Pages 1164 through 1166 inclusive and as amended in O.R. Book 5494, Page 301 and as shown by plat plans of the Condominium recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78 through 86 inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 4215 East Bay Drive #1603C Clearwater, FL 33762.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your answer to Complaint, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQUIRE Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, PA 311 Park Place Blvd. Suite 250 Clearwater, FL 33759 on or before June 20, 2011, and to file the original of the answer with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
