According to the Condominium Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 39 through 42, as thereafter, amended as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3835, Page 422, as thereafter amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. the street address of which is: 5220 Brittany Drive S., #209 .
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your answer to Complaint, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQUIRE Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, PA 311 Park Place Blvd. Suite 250 Clearwater, FL 33759 on or before June 20, 2011, and to file the original of the answer with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
