JAMES P. GILLS, JR., as Trustee of the Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 31, 1991, as amended,
Plaintiff, v.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND and any UNKNOWN PERSONS OCCUPYING OR IN POSSESSION OF THE PARCEL AT ISSUE,
Defendants.
TO: Any Unknown Persons Occupying or in Possession of the Parcel at Issue and all parties claiming interest by, through, under, or against the named Defendants; and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property described as follows: The accreted lands lying Westerly of the Westerly boundary line of Lots 2 and 3, Mandalay Point Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 68 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and Easterly of the mean high water line of the Gulf of Mexico, bounded on the North by the Westerly extension of the Northerly boundary of said Lot 3, and bounded on the South by the Westerly extension of the Southern boundary of said Lot 2 and Section 32, Township 28, South Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
A Complaint has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, by James P. Gills, Jr., as Trustee of that certain Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 31, 1991, as amended, against Defendants Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund and Unknown Persons Occupying or in Possession of the Parcel at Issue, to quiet title to certain property interests in Pinellas County, Florida.
Each defendant is required to serve their written defenses to the Complaint on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is Frederick L. Aschauer, Jr., Rose, Sundstrom & Bentley, 2548 Blairstone Pines Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, on or before June 17, 2011, and to file the original of said written defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If any Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
