NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-8147 CI 19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the registered holders of GSAMP Trust 2006-NC2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC2, is Plaintiff and Amy Hess, Jeremy Hess, United States of America, Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under or against Renee Casale, deceased, whether said Unknown Parties claim as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants , are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 14th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block B of Southern Comfort Homes Unit 1-C, According to the plat there as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 46 and 47 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff' mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
