NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 18, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-017328-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and David A. Peterson are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on June 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, NORTH PARK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
