Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment Setting Foreclosure Sale entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Lee County, Florida, located at:

Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 10, Block A, Deerwood Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 49, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, run thence North 89°53'44” East along the South boundary of said Lot 10, 255.50 feet; thence North 00°07'19” East, 130.99 feet to the North boundary of said Lot 10; thence South 89°53'44” West, along the North boundary of said Lot 10, 254.20 feet to the West boundary of said Lot 10, thence South 00°41'25” West along the West boundary of said Lot 10, 131.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. Final payment must be made at or before 4:00 p.m. on the following business day. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORDS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
