YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of the above-styled proceeding by the Plaintiff to foreclose Liens relative to the following described property:
VOYAGER BEACH CLUB, a condominium, according to the Declaration Of Condominium thereof, as recorded in official Records Book 5477, at Pages 1561-1631, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as amended from time to time, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto and undivided share in the common elements of said condominium as the same maybe amended from time to time; and together with perpetual and non-exclusiveeasement in common with all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress, egress and use of all public passage-ways as well as common areas and facilities upon the above described land..
AND you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to the Complaint, upon AMANDA L. CHAPMAN, ESQ., 201 E. Pine Street. Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, attorneys for Plaintiff, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
