Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment for Damages and Judicial Sale entered on May 9, 2011, in Case No. 2011-CC-000656, of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida in which COLONIAL MOBILE MANOR, LTD. d/b/a COLONIAL MOBILE MANOR, is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE M. MALLIA and ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT will sell at public sale the following property: a Parkway Mobile Home (double wide), Vehicle Identification No. FP23524SLB3140A and FP23524SLB3140B, Title No. 0005855614 The sale will be held on the 10th day of June, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 270, of the Manatee County Judicial Center in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
