LOT 2, BLOCK “A”, MAGNOLIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 111 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 51ST AVENUE EAST, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 263, PAGE 676, OF SAID RECORDS.
and commonly known as: 5107 22ND STREET COURT EAST, BRADENTON, FL 34203; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on June 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
