NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by this Court on May 10, 2011 in Case No. 2010-CA-010598, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the on line at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 9th day of June, 2011, the property described as follows:

Being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of the South one-half of the South one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 2, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence run North 0°49' West a distance of 330.80 feet along the West line of said South one-half of the South one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter; thence run South 89°59'36” East along the North line of said South one-half of the South one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter a distance of 1291.88 feet to an iron pipe on the West right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 41; thence run South 0°45' East along the West right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 41, 330.65 feet to an iron pipe on the South line of said South one-half of the South one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter; thence run West 1291.50 feet along the South line of said South one-half of the South one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter to the Point of Beginning.
