YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to recover damages on a promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 12 of Drymon's Second Addition to Bradentown, Florida, being a Subdivision of Lots 1 & 4 of W.O. Wilson's Subdivision of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 192, of the Public Records of Manatee County Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Marisa J. Davies, Esquire, Blalock Walter, P.A., 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida, 34205 within 30 days of the first publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
