DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST SERIES 2006-5 is Plaintiff and CHARLES R. JOHNSON, III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES R. JOHNSON, III; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; BRADENTON POLICE DEPT.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the __10th __ day of __June__, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
