NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 2nd, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 005432, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-R10, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R10 is Plaintiff and JOSE A. NIETO; MACARENA NIETO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; BRADEN CROSSINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of May, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, BRADEN CROSSINGS, PHASE I-B, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 151 THROUGH 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
