NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2010 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010853, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. COASTAL STATES MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and MARSHA MILLER A/K/A MARSHA S. MILLER A/K/A MARSHA S. EVANS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARSHA MILLER A/K/A MARSHA S. MILLER A/K/A MARSHA S. EVANS N/K/A DON EVANS; HORIZON BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION N/K/A ROBERT MARTIN are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
