Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 23, 2011, and Amended Order Reschduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 22, 2011, entered in Case 2010 CA 6632 NC of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, in which Regions Bank is the Plaintiff and JON KLEIBER, IRIS KLEIBER, JON KLEIBER REAL ESTATE, INC, a Florida corporation. THE PALMER BUILDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of June, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
GRANT OF MORTGAGE. For valuable consideration, Grantor mortgages to Lender all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described real property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed building, improvements and fixtures, all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances, all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oils, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (the “Real Property”) located in Sarasota County, State of Florida.
UNIT 1, OF THE PALMER BUILDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO 2004073824, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
