Book 1425, Page 1524; Amended in O.R. Book 1429, Page 942, Phase I; and as Amended in O.R. Book 1437, Page 1466 and O.R. Book 1464, Page 2010, Phase 2; and as Amended in O.R. Book 1495, Pages 873 thru 887, Phase III and IV; and as Amended in O.R. Book 1504, Pages 1954 et seq. Phase IV; and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 16, Pages 17 thru 17E, Phase I; and Condominium Book 17, Pages 34 thru 34D, Phase II; and Condominium Book 18, Pages 20 thru 20D, Phase III; and Condominium Book 18, Pages 21 thru 21C, Phase IV, further Amended in Condominium Book 18, Pages 38 thru 38C, Phase IV , all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; the street address of which is: 1050 Ben Franklin Drive #216A/44, Sarasota, FL 34236. TOGETHER with a remainder over in fee simple absolute, as tenants in common with the other unit week owners in the Condominium Unit in that percentage interest established in Paragraph 4.9 Declaration.
