LOT 6, BLOCK 1, HEALTHY HILL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONTAINED IN THAT CERTAIN FINAL JUDGMENT OF TAKING IN FAVOR OF STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT OF FLORIDA RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1321, PAGE 592.
and commonly known as: 5901 N. CHEROKEE AVE, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on June 20th, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
