Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 9, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE EAST 31 FEET OF LOT 23, AND THE WEST 4 FEET OF LOT 24, AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING TO THE NORTH, BLOCK 30, OF MACFARLANE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 3427 W PALMETTO ST, TAMPA, FL 33607; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 20, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
