LOT 53, WATSON GLEN PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE(S) 71 THROUGH 74, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11411 DUTCH IRIS DR, RIVERVIEW, FL 33578; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on June 20th, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
