NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, under and pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment in Favor of Wells Fargo heretofore entered on the 10th day of May, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, being Civil Action No. 2010-CA-023681, in which the Plaintiff is WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”), as successor by merger to WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. (“Wachovia”), and the Defendants are SHARON PERDUE, individually (“Sharon”), and MONEY MATTERS UNLIMITED, INC., a Florida corporation (“Money Matters”), and under and pursuant to the terms of the said Uniform Final Judgment will offer for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, on the 21 day of June, 2011, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida and legally described as follows:
Real Property
Lot 2, less the North 5 feet thereof, Block 3, Map of Josiah Richardson's Center Hill Sub-Division, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 43, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The property aforesaid, together with all improvements, buildings, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, is being sold to satisfy Wells Fargo's claims under said Judgment.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
