NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 3rd day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018826 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and HEATH S. GOUDREAU; VIKING CAPITAL, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of June 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 104, SEVENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 19, 19A THROUGH 19N, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
