CONDOMINIUM UNIT E IN BUILDING NO. 61 IN WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON JANUARY 31, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16059, AT PAGE 616 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 13756 ORANGE SUNSET DRIVE #102, TAMPA, FL 33618; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 20, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
