Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 12, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 52, BLOCK 2, WELLINGTON NORTH AT BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE 213, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1428 DELANO TRENT STREET, RUSKIN, FL 33570; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 3, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
