Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 30, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 223, FERNCLIFF, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1722 E RIVER COVE AVE, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on June 22, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
