Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 5, 2011 in the case pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 10-CC-032911-H, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:

DESCRIPTION: All of Lot 3, LESS the Northerly 2.65 feel thereof, TOGETHER WITH th Northerly 2.65 feet of Lot 4, Block 3, of SPINNAKER COVE TOWNHOMES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 3, run thence along the Westerly boundary of said Block 3, N.33°00'00”E., 19.35 feet; thence along a line lying 2.65 feet Southerly of and parallel with the Northerly boundary of said Lot 3, S.57°00'00”E., 76.50 feet to a point on the Easterly boundary of said Block 3; thence along said Easterly boundary of Block 3, S.33°00'00”W., 22.00 feet, thence along a line lying 2.65 feet Southerly of and parallel with the Northerly boundary of the aforesaid Lot 4, N.57°00'00”W., 76.50 feet to a point on the aforesaid Westerly boundary of Block 3; thence along said Westerly boundary of Block 3, N.33°00'00”E., 2.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on June 17, 2011, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
